Anyone can do this. And.I.Mean.Anyone!
I kept it simple with the flower already put together. These flowers come in a TON of color and pattern varieties, pick your favorite. I found them in the scrapbook section at Hobby Lobby. I layered 2 layers and chose a fun brad to connect them.

Then these clips could be used alone as a hairbow for a kid with hair, OR, you could attach the clip to one of the little elastic headbands for this look.
